We are currently seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in the daily running of the home and to help lead our team with professionalism and empathy.

Role responsibilities
* As Deputy Manager, assist in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
* Lead, supervise, and support the care team to deliver outstanding care.
* Participate in assessments and care reviews, acting as a key contact for residents, families, and staff.
* Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
* Promote a positive, resident-focused culture in line with our "Good" CQC rating.
Qualifications and qualities
* Has previous experience in a similar leadership role within a care setting.
* Holds an active NMC PIN and/or a Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care qualification, or is currently working towards it.
* Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Has a natural ability to put others at ease and foster a supportive team culture.
