About The Role:
1. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a sales team of Agents within the assigned region, and developing strong relationships with important customers (Specifiers and Retailers).
2. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role ensures revenue and margin targets, supports the growth of market share and drives a customer service obsessed function.
