Sous Chef Permanent Role £34,000 per year | 40 hours per week
Enhance Catering is recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for a permanent Sous Chef role at a prestigious secondary school in Cranleigh (GU6). This Sous Chef position offers structured shifts and great work-life balance in a professional kitchen environment.
Sous Chef Role As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef to prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen organisation. The Sous Chef will also help supervise the kitchen team and manage stock.
Hours 40 hours per week
5 days out of 7 (1 weekend in 3)
Shifts: 06:3014:30 or 11:0019:30
Based in Cranleigh GU6 (own vehicle required)
Benefits £34,000 salary
2 weeks off at Christmas + 1 week at Easter (in addition to annual leave)
