Responsibilities
* Engage and collaborate with voluntary, community, and faith sector organisations across Wyre.
* Support the development of local community hubs and referral processes.
* Build strong relationships with partners such as Healthier Fleetwood, Age UK Lancashire, and local community centres.
* Assist with grant applications, monitoring, and evaluation to help sustain community projects.
* Organise and attend events, forums, and workshops to promote integration and wellbeing.
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent experience in social work, community development, volunteer management, or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational abilities.
* Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
