Personal Trainer - Camberley, Surrey Club & Role Information We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with a strong sales and service background and at least 12 months of personal training experience to join our Fitness Experience Team. Candidates must hold a Level 3 Personal Training certification. This role combines exceptional customer service with hands-on fitness expertise to deliver a premium experience to our members. Main Responsibilities Personal Training Services - promote, sell, and deliver 1-2-1 PT sessions to members (100% income retained) Inductions & Interactions - conduct thorough member inductions, including fitness advice and support, helping members with their workouts and ensuring they use equipment safely and effectively Fitness Classes - Deliver an agreed number of classes each week Marketing - participate in social media activity to promote your services Facility Maintenance - ensure all fitn ess areas and equipment are clean, well maintained and meet safety standards Team Collaboration - work closely with the fitness management team and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality service.
