CRM/Database Administrator - Manchester
Our client, a family-based business with more than one hundred years of experience and one of the leading suppliers of high-quality vehicles delivering exceptional aftersales support services in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced CRM/Database Administrator.
The ideal applicant will have an understanding of database administration along with excellent IT and analytical skills which are a prerequisite for this role. Your role will help to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry management through to customer satisfaction for both sales and aftersales customers. The ideal applicant will be reliable, enthusiastic and a confident self-starter having the ability to work within a team as well as on their own initiative.
Experience of the motor industry would also be an advantage, but not essential.

Working hours/days:
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 (40 hours per week)
Salary:
£22, per annum
