Summary:
We are seeking driven and motivated Business Development Managers to join our growing
sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business
opportunities within a newly defined target market—Industrials—across a UK-wide
territory. This position offers the opportunity to work with a broad packaging portfolio and
play a key part in shaping our presence in this market. It is a challenging yet rewarding role,
well suited to an ambitious, commercially minded individual who enjoys building
relationships, opening new doors, and delivering results.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven track record of success in a sales role
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience using CRM software (desirable)
Accountabilities:
* Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the assigned
* territory
* Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients within the
* assigned territory
* Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations
* Negotiating and closing deals effectively
* Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Providing accurate sales forecasts
* Representing the company at industry events.
