You still love the craft. The creativity. The transformation.
But lately... something's been missing.
Maybe you've been flying solo, renting a chair, building your own thing.
And while you've made it work, the pressure never really lifts. The admin. The constant chase. The weight of doing it all on your own.
And honestly? You're tired.
Or maybe you've been in a salon that looked great on the outside…
But behind the scenes, it felt chaotic. Misaligned. Loud. Ungrounded.
You wanted growth, but found yourself caught in the noise.
Here's what we believe at Sadie Paul Salon:
Growth doesn't require burnout. Clients deserve presence, not pressure. Stylists thrive with structure, support, and space. And yes, salons can feel calm and be busy. Grounded and ambitious. Kind and professional.
So we're quietly looking for someone special.
A stylist who is experienced, who values trust. Team. Honesty. Someone who loves being fully booked but doesn't want to hustle to get there.
You'll walk into a salon where:
* Your column is built for you with marketing handled
* A salon coordinator helps you stay organised and in flow
* There's no drama, just respect, warmth, and structure
* The client experience is sacred (we don't do chaos or gossip)
* You'll feel supported, not micromanaged. Trusted, not left adrift.
This role is part-time, with hours shaped around your best working rhythm. You'll be fully employed, with stability, holiday pay, pension and professional growth.
Because you deserve to grow without the burnout.
If you're reading this thinking "This is me…" we'd love to meet you. Fill in our online form and we will get in touch.
