As a 1:1 TA, you will be instrumental in providing tailored support to a specific student, helping them navigate their school day effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with classroom activities and adapting materials to meet the student’s needs.
* Implementing strategies to support the student’s learning and social development.
* Facilitating communication between the student and their peers.
* Providing emotional support and encouragement to build the student’s confidence.
* Collaborating with teachers and parents to maximize the student’s educational experience.
In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. You will assist with the implementation of individual education plans and provide one-to-one support that is essential for our students’ success.
