Responsibilities
1. Carry out assigned tasks to support the quality, cost, and productivity of vehicle production.
2. Attend the workplace on a regular and punctual basis, informing the team leader of any lateness or unplanned absence in a timely manner.
3. Maintain a clean, tidy, and orderly work area in line with brand and workplace standards.
4. Present a neat and professional appearance, wearing the uniform or clothing provided.
5. Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others, actively participating in safety activities as required.
6. Take part in continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Adhere to company values and contribute positively to the growth and reputation of the automotive brand.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
8. Previous automotive paint spraying experience
9. Composite lay-up and repair
10. Vehicle diagnostics
11. Mechanical vehicle repair
12. Bare metal repair
13. Experience working as part of a team is desirable.
14. Experience working to defined timescales would be beneficial.
15. Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
16. Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
