Job title: Production Supervisor
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a UK leading Upvc window and door manufacturer based in Stoke on Trent, who are looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to supervise a team of fabricators on the day shift.
The right candidate with have recent / current experience as a Production Supervisor/ Team Leader / Senior Fabricator within a manufacturing setting.
Role Responsibilities:
* Motivate, supervise and support your team
* Implement behavioral safety and standard operating procedures
* Oversee and coordinate daily production activities
* Ensure production targets are met within the specified time frame
* Train and supervise production staff
The Candidate:
* Previous experience as a production supervisor / team leader
* Be able to supervise and motivate a team
* Excellent communications skills
* Be able to meet deadlines
* Must currently reside in the UK
