This role will suit an experienced Deputy Manager who knows what good looks like, has delivered strong Ofsted outcomes, and wants to join an organisation that is being honest about the past and serious about getting it right. Somebody who is looking for the challenge of opening a new home as part of our growth strategy or re-opening where things need improving. What youll bring to the team as Deputy Manager:
* Extensive experience in residential childcare
* Previous experience managing and supervising staff
* Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
* A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
