Project Manager – Air Conditioning & Ventilation
Role
Project Manager required for a well–established specialist Air Conditioning contractor based in North–West London.
You will lead complex air conditioning projects from start to finish: planning and programming, procurement, applications for payment, invoicing, supply chain & final accounts, client variations, validations, commissioning, BMS, and full project delivery.
Although AC is the core focus, ventilation and a wide range of mechanical knowledge would also be beneficial.
Package
* Total package up to 75,000
Base salary approximately 59,000 per annum
Highly competitive bonus structure – can achieve around 10,000
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' UK experience as a Project Manager within an AC–specialist contracting company
* Strong technical knowledge of air–conditioning systems (design, installation, commissioning)
* Good working understanding of ventilation and general mechanical/plumbing matters
* Hands–on experience with planning/programming, procurement, applications for payment, invoicing, client variations, final accounts and project close–out procedures
* Comfortable overseeing commissioning, BMS coordination, site validations, and liaising with clients and subcontractors
