Salary: £68,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional. We are open to candidates with experience in one or more of the following disciplines: ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Technical Architect, Technical Business Analyst, or ServiceNow Functional Consultant. We expect experience in configuration, customisation, scripting, integration, platform or solution design, and ITSM- or ITOM-focused delivery. We require confidence working within regulated, secure environments. We expect the ability to support hands-on delivery across requirements, design, configuration, build, integration, and optimisation. Active DV clearance is likely to be required for technical roles, and SC clearance may be relevant for some BA or delivery roles, subject to final requirements. Responsibilities: We will align you to current and upcoming demand across ServiceNow platform delivery within secure Government and Defence environments. We will place you into opportunities across ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst, developer, and platform architecture work. We will support ITSM-led programmes and wider service management transformation in high-assurance settings. We will expect you to contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements and design through to hands-on build, integration, and optimisation. We will expect you to work within restricted, high-assurance environments and adapt your delivery approach to security constraints.
