ABOUT YOU This is a pure new business role, requiring a proactive, resilient approach to market development, opportunity creation, and revenue generation. You will be comfortable navigating consultative sales cycles and positioning technical cybersecurity capability in a clear, value-based manner. Required skills and experience: Proven track record in B2B new business development within cybersecurity services, penetration testing, digital assurance, or related technical services Strong understanding of cybersecurity regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, NCSC, Radio Equipment Directive, Cyber Resilience Act etc.) Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, and closing high-value contracts in competitive markets Ability to quickly assimilate technical knowledge across penetration testing, red teaming, cloud security, AI assurance and IoT/OT assurance services Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to bridge technical experts and executive decision-makers Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Strong commercial acumen, including structured pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue target ownership Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented, with a disciplined and proactive sales approach Collaborative mindset with the ability to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across a wider global organisation ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As Cybersecurity Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of new business acquisition across our cybersecurity testing and assurance portfolio. This is a pure growth role focused on expanding market share, targeting new logos, and leveraging the organisations global footprint to cross-sell services into existing clients of the wider business. Working closely with Technical Experts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will lead client engagement, opportunity qualification, and solution positioning within a technically sophisticated and highly regulated environment.
