Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group Payroll Manager, located in St Mellons Cardiff. The Group Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing the payroll process across multiple sites, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration, and compliance with relevant regulations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing payroll preparation, processing payroll changes, managing payroll reporting, and resolving any payroll discrepancies. Additionally, the Group Payroll Manager will support internal audits, provide payroll information by answering questions and requests, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Experience with payroll processing, payroll reporting, and payroll systems management
* Knowledge of relevant payroll regulations and compliance standards
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Experience in the healthcare or care industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
