The Role: Provide 1:1 support for your assigned pupils Be confident to support SEND, including ASD, ADHD, Emotional Dysregulation Support learning, emotional regulation, and social development Work alongside class teachers and SENCOs to implement EHCP target and support plan Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs of the child Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environmentThe Hours: Monday to Wednesday - 08:10 to 15:50 Thursday - 08:10 to 16:20 Friday - 08:10 to 15:40The Ideal Candidate: Holds at least a Level 1 Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3 desirable) Has previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within SEND or inclusion Confident supporting pupils with additional needs in a mainstream primary setting Patient, empathetic, and committed to pupil progress...
