About the role
We are looking for a talented, creative, resourceful and open minded Project Manager to join our London office.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong focus on project planning, execution, and delivery across a diverse portfolio that includes:
* Retail permanent stores
* Interior design and furniture projects
* Pop-up stores
* Window displays
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
* Lead and manage ephemeral architecture and retail experience projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand identity, client expectations, and design intent.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
* Oversee the creation, management, and quality control of technical drawings, 3D models, renders, and other project documentation, ensuring compliance with CAD and internal standards.
* Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams (creative, production, logistics) for cohesive execution.
* Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
* Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders, proactively addressing any challenges or delays.
* Ensure successful on-site project implementation, managing logistics, timelines, and contractor coordination.
Client Management
* Serve as point of contact and strategic partner for clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
* Translate client briefs into actionable proposals and project plans.
* Identify opportunities to expand account relationships and project scopes.
* Lead client communications with transparency and professionalism, including reverse briefs and debriefs.
* Ensure client satisfaction across all phases of project delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities – able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with teams and external partners.
* Solid understanding of spatial concepts, construction processes, and design execution.
* Proficient in project management tools and drawing packages (CAD, 3D modeling, renderings, moodboards).
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
Software:
* CAD: AutoCAD or equivalent
* 3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp, Rhinoceros, V-Ray (plus)
* Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (plus)
* Microsoft Office Suite
