Job Description:
In your role as an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. It influences every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every person working here understands that our Residents are individuals with their own stories. By joining HC-One, you'll have a wonderful opportunity to give back to these individuals.
This is a part-time role, 24 hours per week.
Your responsibilities include planning and implementing activities that delight Residents, helping organize fundraising events, and encouraging socialization and participation based on Residents' hobbies, always with kindness.
We seek someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in developing activity programs. Your positive energy, ability to get along with people, planning, organizational, and IT skills are essential. You should communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond. All staff will receive safeguarding training and additional role-specific training. You should be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.
We provide full training and a range of benefits to support your well-being and career development, including:

* Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
