Handle customer queries from start to finish Investigate billing issues and provide clear resolutions Discuss payment options and support customers in financial difficulty Handle complex back-office tasks such as splits and mergers, refunds, surface water queries, high measured bills, and new builds. Proactively follow up based on customer feedback and system alerts Escalate cases when needed to ensure the best outcome What you'll be doing in the Income department? Deliver friendly, helpful service from start to finish Own customer issues and follow through on promises Use IT systems to log and resolve queries Work with empathy, speed, and accuracy We are looking for candidates with a customer first mindset, great communication, tech confidence, and resilience. Not previous call handling experience is required, but it is beneficial for your application.
