We are working with a pioneer in the Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) market, leading the next evolution in legal services through AI-integrated contracting. They are searching for a contracts specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Belfast.

Your New Role
As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and providing general support to the contracts management and in-house legal teams. The role requires collaboration, communication skills, and a result-driven attitude.
Responsibilities
* Drafting and negotiating a variety of Commercial Contracts.
* Collaborating with clients' in-house legal teams on international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, and other legal matters.
* Managing caseloads and ensuring compliance with delivery processes.
* Managing data input and updates on company and client systems.
* Developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools.
* Contributing to service improvement and value addition.
What You Need To Succeed
* Legal Degree and/or qualification and eligibility to work in the role's country.
* Minimum 4 years of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably within a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong attention to detail and client-facing experience.
* Good commercial awareness and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Desirable
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services contracting.
* In-house experience.
