Revit Coordinator – Mechanical Services

Permanent Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 DOE
Contract Option: £250 – £350 per day
About Us
We are a growing mechanical and structural specialist delivering prefabricated pipework
systems, plant rooms and steel support solutions for major data centre projects across the UK
and Europe.
Due to continued growth, we are expanding our BIM team and are seeking an experienced Revit
Coordinator to support live data centre projects.
The Role
This is a hands-on modelling and coordination role.
You will work closely with the BIM Manager and engineering team to develop detailed
mechanical models from client Stage 4 information through to fabrication-ready output.
You must be capable of producing high-quality mechanical pipework models and supporting
coordination across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed Revit MEP models (mechanical pipework bias)
* Develop models to LOD 350–400
* Assist with clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
* Support fabrication-level detailing
* Prepare drawings for workshop and site issue
* Maintain BIM standards and file structure
* Interface with engineers and workshop teams
* Support model QA/QC reviews
Essential Requirements
* 3–5+ years' Revit MEP experience
* Strong mechanical pipework modelling capability
* Navisworks coordination experience
* Good understanding of constructability
* Experience working within structured BIM environments
* Ability to manage workload across multiple packages
Desirable
* Data centre project experience
* Structural steel / support modelling experience
* Prefabrication or modular construction background
* Experience using ACC / BIM360
