Key Duties
* Dispense high-quality eyewear, offering tailored advice based on patients' needs and prescriptions
* Guide, motivate, and support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Assist with staff training and resolve dispensing queries confidently
* Oversee stock management, including ordering, inventory control, and liaising with suppliers
* Ensure accurate patient records are maintained and systems are up to date
* Collaborate closely with the resident optometrist to provide seamless, patient-focused care
* Contribute to business development and help shape the future of the practice
