Plumber – Wokingham – Permanent Position

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for aplumberbased in Wokingham.
Responsibilities
* Carrying day to day general maintenance in domestic properties
* Good costumer service, meeting and greeting tenants
* Using a PDA
* Source and repair leaks
* Copper pipe renewal
* WC repairs – siphons/ball valves
* Bath waste
* Shower repairs/renewals
* Tap replacements
* Stop tap overhauls

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a plumber or plumbing or heating engineer or plumber multi or maintenance operative or multi skilled operative or maintenance operative or handyman with experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties or MOD (Minstry of defense).
