Customer Team Member at Co-op
Working pattern:

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, putting customers first: responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
3. Maintain store safety and legality: keep shelves stocked, and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
4. Assist with introducing new products and services, sharing experiences to facilitate learning.
5. Engage with the local community through activities and events.
