The FA is excited to be searching for Digital Customer Service Administrators to join our Grassroots division.
The successful candidates will deliver excellent customer service to support the implementation of The FA's Grassroots Digital Products throughout the grassroots game.
What will you be doing?
* Deliver excellent customer service for The FA's grassroots digital products, including The FA Player Registration System, The FA Matchday App, FA Full-Time, and England Football's Book Football.
* Produce clear, concise, and innovative guidance articles to be hosted on our "Grassroots Technology Knowledge Base".
* Help deliver online training sessions for grassroots volunteers using our digital products.
* Execute additional tasks as required to meet the FA's changing priorities.
* Comply with all company policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being.
* Complete a DBS check as part of our commitment to a safe environment, with the level based on the specific role and in line with legislation and government guidance.
What are we looking for?
Essential:
* Excellent IT skills utilizing Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Strong administrative skills, especially in writing and constructing emails.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with problems in a fast-paced environment.
* Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Beneficial:
* Knowledge of email support tools (e.g., Freshdesk).
* Understanding of The FA's Grassroots Technology offer.
