Lead M&E Engineer - £47,000 - City of London Location: City of London Salary: £47K Plenty of Overtime Hours – Monday to Friday Days 8AM – 5PM Our client is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their Prestigious Contract overseeing electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance as well as other general building services. Duties: Perform daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks Handle emergency callout tasks Conduct electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting systems Assist with duties related to toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks Demonstrate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, generators, and LV systems, including fault finding Manage BMS head-end controls Oversee HVAC plant systems Handle VAV and VRV systems Ensure water treatment tasks are completed Perform ballast changes and lamping Conduct PAT testingRequirements: Trade trained with ideally 3 years' experience in the building services City & Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 3 equivalent Has the will and desire to succeed and learn Good building services knowledgePackage: Annual Holiday Bank Holidays Pension Scheme Healthcare First class Training Excellent People Culture Fantastic Progression opportunities
