We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team in a dynamic 4-star hotel environment. This role requires a versatile individual who will support the management of event setups and execution and support with Restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless guest experience while maintaining high operational standards across all F&B services.
Event Management:
* Support the Events and Banqueting management to supervise event setup and execution.
* Ensure all events (conferences, weddings, private functions, etc.) are delivered to brand and guest expectations.
* Liaise with the kitchen and service staff to ensure food and beverage service is delivered on time and to standard.
* Act as the on-the-day contact for clients and guests during small events, resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
Restaurant Operations:
* Support daily restaurant service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Lead and motivate the restaurant team during shifts, providing guidance and support.
* Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
Requirements:
* Two years of experience in a hotel F&B environment is advantageous.
* Good working knowledge of restaurant and event operations.
* Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
