Sales Administrator Northampton Up to £28,000 Permanent Full-time, office-based We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to play a key role in supporting our client's sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. What You'll Be Doing: Providing essential administrative support to the sales team. Accurately processing sales orders and preparing quotations, proposals, and reports. Managing and updating customer records using internal CRM system. Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Creating new customer accounts and maintaining data integrity. Assisting with diary management, meeting coordination, and travel bookings. Tracking sales performance and generating regular reports for management. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
