Maths Teacher – January start
Milk Education is seeking a dedicated and inspiring Maths Teacher to work across a number of fantastic secondary schools in the Merseyside area (Liverpool & The Wirral). This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real impact, supporting students to build confidence, develop strong numeracy skills, and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging KS3–KS4 Maths lessons across secondary settings.
2. Adapt existing high-quality resources to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners.
3. Motivate and inspire pupils to develop essential mathematical skills and enjoy learning.
4. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports progress and good behaviour.
5. Work collaboratively with school staff and Milk Education to ensure a consistent, well-sequenced curriculum experience for pupils.
Requirements:
6. MUST have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential for this role.
7. Strong knowledge of the KS3–KS4 Maths curriculum.
8. Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (ECTs welcome).
9. Excellent behaviour management skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
10. Ability to build strong rapport with students and staff.
11. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
