Responsibilities

* Client Solutions are trusted advocates connecting key stakeholders, providing inspiration and insights, driving collaboration that translates into long-term client partnerships and growth.
* Manage and grow post‑sale client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers.
* Develop holistic marketing strategies grounded in gaming user acquisition, re‑engagement, and brand objectives.
* Create and optimize client strategies using a wide range of TikTok for Business solutions, including organic tools, brand, brandformance, and performance products.
* Develop and execute campaign strategies to meet the clients' KPIs (e.g. IPM, CPI, CPP, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
* Demonstrate strong analytical ability, and develop deep expertise in TikTok’s proprietary metrics, working to constantly evolve how we analyse and communicate data‑driven insights to our advertisers.
* Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and tools, providing ongoing technical support and real‑time analysis.
* Expertise in advanced measurement solutions (e.g. Geo Lift Studies, Media Mix Model) with a strong understanding of their methodologies and application in the advertising ecosystem. Ability to analyse and interpret study outcomes to drive actionable insights and optimise client strategy.
* Conduct regular business reviews and take a strategic, consultative approach to fostering productive client relationships in collaboration with the sales team.
* Partner with product and engineering teams to investigate and troubleshoot client‑related issues on the platform.
* Educate internal and external teams on TikTok for Business offerings by delivering training sessions and developing learning materials, documentation, and whitepapers.


Qualifications

* Minimum Qualifications
o Knowledge of the gaming industry; experience working in or with gaming companies is required.
o Demonstrated experience of account management/performance experience in digital marketing.
o Knowledge and understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement (MMP, SKAN, etc.).
o Tangible experience executing on a biddable network.
o Experience managing brand advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges across full funnel objectives.
o Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
* Preferred Qualifications
o Results oriented with high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
o Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills.
o Ability to effectively translate technical language to non‑technical stakeholders.
o Skilled at presenting complex analyses in a clear and concise manner to C‑suite level stakeholders.
o Experience in diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams.
o Experience using Excel or Google Sheets is essential, familiarity with visualisation tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, etc.) a plus.
