Project Manager

The Opportunity:
We’re partnering with a globally recognised aerospace organisation to recruit a Project Manager into their high-performing Customisation & Development team.
This role will see you leading the delivery of complex, multi-million-pound engineering projects for government and specialist aviation customers. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, ensuring delivery on time, on cost, and on quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver multiple concurrent projects with full lifecycle ownership
* Lead cross-functional teams across engineering and operations
* Manage project risks, opportunities, budgets, and timelines
* Report into senior stakeholders and governance structures
* Ensure adherence to project controls, KPIs, and best practice methodologies
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience delivering complex engineering or aerospace projects
* Strong background in project controls, financial management, and risk management
* Experience working in highly regulated environments (aviation/defence desirable)
* Knowledge of tools such as Primavera P6 and/or SAP
* Active SC clearance (essential)
Qualifications:
* Formal Project Management certification (APMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
* Background in aerospace, aviation, or engineering environments preferred
