Property company is recruiting for an experienced temporary compliance coordinator to join their busy team. Hybrid working, usually 2 days a week in the offices in Manchester
Your new role
Supporting the fire safety team in managing databases, collating information and providing reports
1st line responder to internal and external queries
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of compliance work are maintained
Ensure compliance-related certificates and reports are recorded and checked with non-compliances and additional work is identified to relevant colleagues.
Provide information for audits
Management of systems for the creation of work orders, budgets and paymentsWhat you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar role is required ideally, with an understanding of property management, maintenance and planned work.
Experience of working in a fast-paced compliance setting
Customer focused with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong administration skills
Methodical approach to work with strong time management skills
Able to work independently and within a team environment
Strong IT skills
