The role responsibilities include:
Resolving simple customer complaints and escalating more complex issues to a Director to ensure best possible outcome.
Record complaints on the non-conform register to provide data for future prevention.
Process customer orders in Sapman.
Raise purchase orders for incoming stock to satisfy customer orders.
Link orders with despatch notes and generate the correct invoice on time for prompt payment.
Generate accurate, timely informal email quotes in response to enquiries, or where necessary formal quotes via Sapman.
Set up new customer accounts and liaise with Accounts re credit checks in order to establish correct payment terms.
Arrange for the timely carrier pick up of import /export orders
