The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section while contributing to the wider success of the kitchen.
You will:
* Run your section confidently during prep and service
* Deliver clean, consistent dishes at Rosette level
* Work across all areas of the kitchen to build well-rounded experience
* Maintain strong organisation, mise en place and discipline
* Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive team culture
* Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who wants to progress within a structured kitchen.

* £34,000 base salary + tips

* Current Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef
