Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Host / Sales Assistant to join our client. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and support throughout their showroom experience. A passion for interiors and an eye for design would be a great advantage, as you will help clients create beautiful and functional bathroom spaces. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage with customers visiting the showroom. Provide excellent customer service and product advice to assist clients in their selection process. Maintain a strong understanding of Bathroom Envys product range and brand ethos. Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately. Assist with showroom presentation and ensure displays are well-maintained and visually appealing. Work closely with the design and management team to ensure smooth customer experience from enquiry to completion. Handle phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally within a retail or showroom environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering great service. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Basic IT skills for order processing and quotation preparation. Desirable Criteria: An eye for interior design and an understanding of current home trends. Experience within bathroom, kitchen, or interior showrooms. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 10:00am 5:30pm Saturday: 10:00am 4:00pm Sunday: Day off One day off during the week in lieu of Saturday work.
