Fusion Group is part of the AVK Group, who are market leaders in the design, manufacture and supply of valves, pipe fittings, hydrants and flow control equipment to the Water, Wastewater, Oil and Gas industries throughout the world. Fusion Group is our centre of excellence for the design, development, manufacture and supply of polyethylene and electrofusion fittings and equipment.
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our ambitious, forward-thinking marketing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Fusion’s story is seen - through global exhibitions, product launches, digital campaigns, and technical publications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Translate creative briefs into engaging designs across print and digital channels
* Create stunning visuals for brochures, social media, exhibitions, packaging, signage, and more
* Ensure brand consistency across all assets and platforms
* Manage print production - from file prep to vendor liaison
* Present design ideas clearly and confidently to stakeholders
* Balance multiple projects with a focus on quality and deadlines
* Support photography and video shoots, including editing and post-production
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3–5 years’ experience in a design role (agency or in-house)
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across print and digital
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Excellent eye for detail - typography, colour, and layout
Confident communicator who can present ideas to non-designers
Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure

An interest in engineering or manufacturing

WORKING HOURS:
* 37.5 hours per week
* Monday – Friday 08:30hrs – 17:00hrs
