Key Responsibilities
* Act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients.
* Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of our products.
* Monitor accounts, resolve issues, and anticipate client needs.
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver seamless experiences.
* Track performance metrics, gather feedback, and identify upsell opportunities.
Skills & Experience
* Proven background in client success, account management, or similar (exposure to the SaaS industry a bonus)
* Natural curiosity to innovate customer solutions and become knowledgeable in fraud and financial crime defence
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Industry knowledge and ability to guide clients effectively.
