Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (12-month FTC)

Job Role
The Marketing Coordinator will work across various campaigns and initiatives, assisting in content creation, event planning, social media management, and performance analysis. This is a pivotal support role that ensures our marketing efforts run smoothly and efficiently.
You will be part of a friendly, close-knit team that works hard for each other and the wider business, relishing the variety and challenges of the role.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
* Support the Marketing Manager and team of Marketing Executives in planning and delivering projects.
* Conduct market research and analyze data to inform future marketing strategies.
* Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather data from social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.
* Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
* Assist in planning and delivering promotional events, including industry exhibitions, and digital campaigns.
* Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
* Create and post content on the company’s website and social media channels.
* Design marketing literature such as brochures and news stories to enhance Peritum’s market presence.
* Communicate directly with clients to build trusting relationships.
* Handle editorial requests efficiently.
* Manage the company’s eBay and Amazon accounts, and promote the web shop.
* Raise and process invoices.
* Support the LiveChat function as a reliable team member.
What We Need You to Have
* A good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with good time management skills.
* Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
* Knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
* Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software (experience with marketing automation tools is a plus), and online applications (CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A team player with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
* Hold a Marketing or Business degree or CIM Professional Marketing Qualification (level 4 or higher) – preferred but not essential.
The Package
* Up to £24,000 per year
* Full-time, permanent role
* 37-hour workweek, Monday to Friday
* Potential to become permanent after 12 months, pending role review
