Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Work closely with other teachers and professionals to create tailored learning plans.
Provide direct support to children with high needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, and Non-Verbal communication needs.
Key Requirements: Experience supporting children with SEN.
A passion for working inclusively with children with additional needs, especially ASD, ADHD, and Non-Verbal.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A nurturing and patient approach to supporting childrens unique needs.
DBS Check required (We can assist with this).
