Yolk are working with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Planning Solicitor (3+ PQE) into their Cardiff office. This is an exciting chance to join a national team working with developers, local authorities, retailers, and public bodies on high-profile projects.
What you'll be doing
As a Planning Solicitor, you will:
* Advise on planning applications, regeneration, highways, and environmental law
* Draft and negotiate Section 106, highways and development agreements
* Carry out complex due diligence for real estate and funding transactions
* Represent clients in planning appeals, judicial reviews, and enforcement
* Work closely with senior colleagues while building your own caseload
What you\'ll need to succeed as a Planning Solicitor
* A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years PQE in planning law
* Strong experience in drafting agreements and advising on regeneration projects
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex work
