Your Role Every person is unique, and our approach to care reflects that. As a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll be providing tailored care and support that ranges from assisting with medical appointments, helping with daily tasks, and offering emotional support, to spending long hours engaging in activities. In this role, you’ll be supporting a young adult with cerebral palsy to engage in activities of daily living and access the community. This client enjoys a variety of activities, from arts and crafts to watching horror movies and building Lego. Your ability to build a strong connection with your client and adapt to their needs will be key.
