We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment with multiple daily inbound and outbound loads. The successful candidate will ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high standards while motivating and supporting warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily warehouse operations, coordinating multiple inbound and outbound loads in our 125,000 square foot warehouse
* Recruit, onboard, and support warehouse staff as required
* Liaise with and oversee warehouse teams to ensure:
* Collection picks are completed at least one day in advance
* Delivery picks are accurate and up to date
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety throughout the warehouse
* Ensure inbound areas are cleared daily, with stock correctly logged and put away
* Monitor pick targets and investigate/address any inconsistencies or performance issues
