Roaming General Manager – Be the Driving Force Behind Exceptional Pubs
Location: Hampshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire & Surrey
Pay: Up to £50,000 annual + Tronc (worth up to £3,500/year) + Mileage

From calm country inns to high-energy hotspots, you’ll be the calm in the chaos and the spark that drives success.Be the Culture Carrier – Lead by example across both FOH and BOH. Inspire teams, set the standard, and drive a unified vision of excellence.Coach & Elevate – Develop talent, drive engagement, and create guest experiences that keep people coming back.
