Overview
Royal Mile Silver Ltd. is a rapidly expanding e-commerce business specialising in the physical and online retail of silver, gold, and tungsten carbide jewellery. The role oversees and optimises day-to-day operations to ensure seamless coordination between the online store, retail location, warehouse, and pop-up events, supporting growth plans.
Responsibilities
* Inventory & Fulfilment
o Oversee inventory management across warehouse, store, and pop-up stock
o Ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfilment for e-commerce
o Liaise with couriers, suppliers, and fulfilment partners to ensure smooth operations
o Manage product intake, stock rotation, and loss prevention
* Retail & Pop-Up Operations
o Support planning, logistics, and staffing for pop-up events
o Oversee stock levels and replenishment in-store and at events
o Work with store and event staff to optimise sales and customer experience
o Coordinate set-up, break-down, and transport for temporary retail locations
* E-commerce Operations
o Monitor website order flow and troubleshoot operational issues
o Liaise with customer service team to resolve fulfilment-related queries
o Maintain accurate stock sync between online and physical locations
* Process Improvement & Reporting
o Analyse operations data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
o Implement systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
o Provide regular reports on sales, stock, and operational KPIs
o Manage relationships with external suppliers, couriers, and contractors
o Oversee warehouse staff and coordinate with the retail team
o Help recruit, train, and manage junior operations staff as needed
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in an operations or supply chain role, ideally within retail or e-commerce
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Confident working with inventory systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify)
* Hands-on and adaptable – comfortable working across warehouse, store, and office environments
* Excellent communication and vendor management skills
* Experience supporting pop-up events or physical retail operations is a big plus

Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary range £35,000 - £38,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.
