We are recruiting 2 Contact Centre Advisors to join our team.
As a Contact Centre Advisor at Signet Jewelers (home to Ernest Jones and H.Samuel), you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers across the UK. Depending on business needs, you’ll interact with customers via live chat, phone calls, or a blend of both, answering questions and ensuring every interaction feels seamless, personal, and positive.
What you’ll be doing You’ll be at the heart of our customer journey, supporting with: Responding to customer enquiries via live chat and/or telephone.
Providing advice on products, services, repairs, and deliveries.
Supporting our retail stores nationwide with customer queries.
Checking stock availability and liaising with suppliers.
Coordinating deliveries and keeping customers informed every step of the way.
Handling emails and system-based enquiries where needed.
About you We’re looking for people who genuinely love helping others and take pride in delivering excellent service.
You’ll ideally have: Previous customer service experience (contact centre or multi-channel experience is a bonus). Confidence communicating with customers online and/or over the phone.
A professional, friendly approach and strong problem-solving skills.
The ability to juggle multiple systems while keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do.
A passion for helping customers celebrate love, life, and special moments.
Working pattern & flexibility Hybrid working: a mix of office-based and home working aligned to business needs.
Flexibility in working hours may be required at peak trading periods.
