Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. To keep our properties fully occupied and the rent accounts up to date. Youll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure were compliant.
