Senior/Lead Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - London, South East and South West UK

The client, a global CRO, seeks a highly motivated Senior or Lead CRA to contribute to groundbreaking therapies across Oncology, Haemato-oncology, Rare Diseases, and other innovative fields. You will ensure the smooth conduct of clinical trials, working with a network of local sites.

As a Senior/Lead CRA, your responsibilities include:
* Managing all aspects of site monitoring from initiation to close-out.
* Building relationships with investigators and site staff.
* Ensuring compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulations.
* Contributing to study documents.
* Mentoring junior CRAs (for Lead level).
To succeed, you should have:
* Significant independent monitoring experience.
* Strong GCP and regulatory knowledge.
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach.
* Experience in Oncology, Haemato-oncology, or Rare Diseases is highly desirable.
