Key Responsibilities: Manage real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion Maintain direct and proactive client communication Collaborate with colleagues across real estate, banking and finance teams on complex matters Review due diligence, searches, title documentation and lender requirements Provide supervision and support to junior team members Assist with integrating the firm’s AI-driven tools to enhance quality and efficiency Build and maintain strong client relationships Contribute to merger projects, development schemes and wider strategic initiatives You will work closely with experienced lawyers across several departments and support a loyal client base including: Registered providers Institutional lenders Local authorities Property investors What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) Experience in real estate, property finance, or related transactional work Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach Ready to Explore Your Next Move?
