The L&Q Communications Team seeks an experienced communicator to support our Property Services directorate. This role involves communicating about our £3bn investment to improve homes, our social value commitments, and our repair and maintenance services.
Reporting to the Senior Communications Business Partner, you will connect Property Services with our Communications Department, which includes external affairs, internal communications, resident communications, and digital functions.
You will collaborate with senior management and serve as a trusted communications advisor, managing internal, external, and resident-facing communications to generate positive publicity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-channel communications within large, fast-paced organizations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong record in developing collaborative relationships. You should be an excellent copywriter, capable of producing diverse content for various audiences.
Essential skills and experience:
* Experience in strategic planning and tactical delivery in similar roles
* Proven ability to use external, internal, and resident/customer channels effectively
* Experience working in large, complex organizations
* Interest or experience in the housing sector, specifically with L&Q
* High-quality written English
